1. The payment to RMstudy.com will be made through www.paypal.com - a global leader in online payment solutions (accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) with payments accepted from 45 countries worldwide.

    The enrollment in RMstudy.com is completely online(if payment through Paypal) - so, as soon as you make your payment and enroll in RMstudy.com , you will immediately be provided with a receipt of payment from Paypal. Your UserID and Password for RMstudy.com will be provided either in the enrollment screen of RMstudy.com or through an email sent to your email address. Online Enrollment process takes up to 4 hours, after which you will have access to your course in RMstudy.com .
  2. Alternate Payment Mechanism: If you have problems in making payments through Paypal, please use our alternate payment provider, CCAvenue (To pay using CCAvenue, please click here ). CCAvenue accepts payments from all countries using leading credit cards including American Express, Visa, MasterCard etc. Courses for students paying through CCAvenue will be activated within 6 hours of receiving the payment.

    If you cannot pay using a credit card, please email us at adminsupport@rmstudy.com ; and we will arrange for an alternate payment mechanism for you.

    Please Note : If the payer and the end user of this course are two different people, please send an email to adminsupport@rmstudy.com with the payment details and personal information of the user (name, address, and preferred email address for correspondence). This will enable us to set-up the account in the name of the user.
  3. Please Note : Sometimes, enrollment emails sent from RMstudy.com may go to your Bulk/Junk Email folder. So, you are requested to look up emails in that folder if you expect an enrollment email from RMstudy.
  4. Bulk/Corporate Discounts are available if more than 3 people would like to join RMstudy.com course at one time. For details, please email us at adminsupport@rmstudy.com .
  5. Course Extension cost $ 60/month. So, if you think you may need a longer time duration for study, it is recommended to take the longer duration course when you sign up initially.
  6. Course Cancellation costs $ 50 after initial enrollment(if course is cancelled within 2 days of access provided by RMstudy.com ). Also, no course cancellation request is allowed 2 days after the course access provided by RMstudy.com .
  7. Course Upgradation or Course change requests: Any changes to the course including course upgradation should be requested within 3 days of making the initial payment. However, no money can be refunded after initial payment is made.
  8. RMstudy.com course is a continous study program. If you would like to break up RMstudy.com course into 2 study durations, the request can be accomodated. However, additional processing fee of $ 25.00 will be charged.
  9. Information about your enrollment may be provided to co-workers in your company who may ask for reference about our course.
  10. RMstudy.com will not distribute your personal information to any Fourth party marketing database or disclose the personal details to anyone EXCEPT on a case to case basis after proper verification of the person requesting for the information or incase of legal requirements. Your personal information could be used for informing you regarding other courses being provided by RMstudy.com and its affiliates.
